ghd offers free delivery on all orders – no minimum spend required! Order before 8pm for next-day delivery, or if it’s after 8pm, your package will arrive via standard delivery. 

What is the ghd warranty period?

• 3 years: ghd platinum+ and ghd chronos straighteners
• 2 years: Most straighteners (including ghd platinum), curling tools, hot brushes, helios hair dryers (excluding professional use) and travel hair dryers
• 1 year: ghd air hair dryer and helios hair dryers for professional use

What is the ghd returns policy?

You’ve got 21 days to return your ghd items – excluding personalised orders. You'll need to cover postage costs, but once processed, you’ll get a full refund for the item itself. Fill out the returns form that came with your order, pop it in the post and you’re sorted!
