How do I use my Crystal Ski discount code?

1. Click on one of our deals. A code will appear in the box if one is required to redeem the discount. Crystal Ski sometimes uses unique codes. In these cases, we will specify that a unique code will be assigned to you once you arrive on their website. 
2. Open Crystal Ski and book the flight, or ski package holiday of your choice. Continue to checkout.
3. We recommend first scrolling past all of the extras you can add to your booking so you can test your code first. It will be located at the bottom of your customised holiday page under the price breakdown.
4. Paste the code and select apply. Once your discount is automatically applied, you can scroll back up to book any extras.

Are there Crystal Ski voucher codes for 2025?

Yes, the 2023 / 2024 ski season is over. All voucher codes will now be for 2024 / 2025 ski holidays. Our codes have terms and conditions clarifying which dates the code is valid for.

How much can I save with a Crystal Ski promo code?

Crystal Ski’s deal of the week offers £200 off for a specific 7-day ski holiday has been the main code for a while. Historically, codes offered savings between £50 and £150. 

The higher discounts normally come with more imposed restrictions, such as a smaller window of dates or only to a specific country. Lower savings often mean more holidays qualify for the promotion. Our team of experts believe if you can save at least £100 on your holiday you are getting good value at Crystal Ski.

Can I book accommodation only at Crystal Ski?

Yes, you can book Crystal Ski hotels or apartments without flights. Prices start in the £400s per person on 7-night bookings with breakfast or half board included.

How much is the deposit for Crystal Ski?

Bookings with TUI airfare feature low deposits of just £100. All holidays that feature Crystal Ski’s low deposit benefit will be clearly highlighted on the booking preview.

What is the Crystal Ski cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel your holiday. See the calculation below:

• 70 days or more before your departure date: Loss of full deposit
• 69 - 63 days: 30%
• 62 - 49 days: 50%
• 48 - 29 days: 70%
• 28 - 15 days: 90%
• 14 - 0 days: 100%

What happens if there is no snow on my holiday?

No other holiday is as impacted by weather than ski holidays. Luckily, the Crystal Ski snow promise has you covered. Of course, they cannot actually promise you snow, but they do have you covered in the case there is no snow.

All package holidays booked on or before 30 November 2024 are covered for the 2024 / 2025 ski season at no cost. You will be able to change your dates fee-free up to 4 days before your departure date if less than 10% of runs are open or less than two blue runs or higher ski ability runs are open.

You can opt for the snow promise extra at £25 per person. We recommend this for avid skiers or flexible travellers because if less than 50%–rather than 10%–of runs are open, you can change your holiday dates.

What is the Crystal Ski explorer app?

Revolutionise your ski experience with the explorer app. It contains:

• All the information about your trip (and your reps details), 
• Tips and recommended runs on your slopes
• Activities available off the slopes
• Information about your resort and a map of the area
• Weather reports
• Piste map of your mountain

Is Crystal Ski ATOL protected?

Yes, all package holidays are protected by ABTA and ATOL. This helps protect your money in the case Crystal Ski cancels your holiday and other situations out of your control.

However, we still recommend getting travel insurance in the chance something comes up in your life that requires you to cancel your holiday.
