How to use a Crystal Ski Holidays discount code

1. Click on one of our deals. A code will appear in the box if one is required to redeem the discount. Crystal Ski Holidays sometimes uses unique codes. In these cases, we will specify that a unique code will be assigned to you once you arrive on their website. 

2. Open Crystal Ski Holidays and book the flight, or ski package holiday of your choice. Continue to checkout.

3. We recommend first scrolling past all of the extras you can add to your booking so you can test your code first. It will be located at the bottom of your customised holiday page under the price breakdown.

4. Paste the code and select apply. Once your discount is automatically applied, you can scroll back up to book any extras.

Four steps to save at Crystal Ski Holidays

1. Book early

Booking in advance always means an early booking discount, even if it isn’t clearly displayed. Since you can cancel your booking 70 days in advance (only losing your deposit) and you are protected by the snow promise, there is no drawback to booking early.

2. Last minute ski holidays

Okay, you like to live life in the moment and booking so far in advance just isn’t for you. No worries, embrace your spontaneity and book last minute. You will get similar savings to booking so much in advance with up to 30% off. Just without the flexibility of choosing your holiday, the cancellation policy or snow promise.

Luckily, last minute bookings don’t need the snow promise as you will be able to see the weather reports.

3. Free kids places

One child travels for free per every two full-paying adults. This covers flights, transfers and accommodations. According to Crystal Ski Holidays, the lift passes, equipment hire and ski or board school for children that is not covered in the free child promotion is normally cheaper for little ones anyway.

4. Lift pass deals

Package holidays do not come with lift passes, which can be a big additional expense to your holiday. They don’t have to be when you travel with Crystal Ski Holidays. Benefit from ski lift pass deals offering buy one get one free on select locations.

As of writing this, select Bosnia and Herzegovina locations come with BOGO lift pass promotions.

Bonus tip - Price match on holiday extras

Treat yourself on your holiday to extras like fast-track security or airport lounges with Crystal Ski Holidays. Likewise, they offer more basic extras, such as airport parking or hotels. It’s often more convenient to have all your bookings with one provider but this can also result in higher prices.

Crystal Ski Holidays fixes this concern with their price match promise. If you find extras cheaper elsewhere, they will match the price.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel your holiday. See the calculation below:

• 70 days or more before your departure date: Loss of full deposit
• 69 - 63 days: 30%
• 62 - 49 days: 50%
• 48 - 29 days: 70%
• 28 - 15 days: 90%
• 14 - 0 days: 100%

Snow promise

All package holidays booked on or before 30 November 2024 are covered for the 2025/2026 ski season at no cost. You will be able to change your dates fee-free up to 4 days before your departure date if less than 10% of runs are open or less than two blue runs or higher ski ability runs are open.

You can opt for the snow promise extra at £25 per person. We recommend this for avid skiers or flexible travellers because if less than 50%–rather than 10%–of runs are open, you can change your holiday dates.
