How do I use my National Trust discount code?

1. Click on one of our deals. A code will appear in the box if one is required to redeem the discount. Make sure to copy the code.
2. Visit the National Trust for a new membership, holiday or to shop in their online store. 
3. Head to the checkout when you are finished. Depending on what you plan to purchase, the first few steps in checking out will be different.
4. In the payment section, you will find a box you can click saying you have a promo code. 
5. A box will appear once you click’. Paste your code and enjoy your discount!

Do over 60s get a National Trust membership discount?

Over 60 members must have also been a member for at least three consecutive years. They will then qualify for a 25% discount on any membership.

Do National Trust members get a discount on camping or cottages?

No, because National Trust are a charity they cannot legally offer financial rewards to members.

Do National Trust memberships automatically renew?

Any membership being paid by direct debit, regardless if it is monthly or annually, will automatically renew. Lots of customers opt for direct debit since they get a £15 gift card and they intend to renew yearly.

You will be contacted at the end of your membership with the chance to not renew your membership. 

How can I cancel my National Trust membership?

Can National Trust members take a guest?

To take a guest for free, your card must state + guest after your name.

What is the National Trust essential companion card?

National Trust is dedicated to making the outdoors a safe and enjoyable place for their disabled visitors. All disabled visitors can bring up to two carers free of charge. However, the essential companion card can speed up the process and make it simpler.

What happens if I lose my National Trust card?

You cannot access National Trust parks without a card so you will need to order a new one. This can be done via their online tool or by contacting the customer service team.

Can I get a temporary National Trust card?

Getting a membership card can take up to 28 days. That is why National Trust automatically emails you a temporary card via email when you order a replacement card.

Does National Trust still have car stickers?

Yes, car stickers are still available at National Trust. Members will still need to provide their card to get free parking.

Is National Trust pet friendly?

How long is a National Trust gift card valid?

24 months from the date of issue or last transaction. Adding money to your gift card counts as a transaction.

Is the life membership worth it at National Trust?
