3. National Trust shop discounts

Not only can members use their £15 gift card, all shoppers qualify for a 10% discount code. There are always one of two ways to get 10% off in the online store: via their new customer discount or when you spend £50 or more.

Did we mention they also have frequent sales in the online store with up to 50%? The best time to shop for sales is during bank holiday periods; especially Easter and Christmas.

4. National Trust Black Friday deals 2024

Black Friday is the perfect time to get a National Trust membership or something from their online shop at low prices. In 2023, we had a discount code for 30% off memberships and they increased the amount of products in their online store’s sale for up to 50% off.

Our team of voucher experts also predict that National Trust will have Black Friday deals on their holiday cottages. This has been a highly discounted item in 2024 so it wouldn’t be surprising for that to continue in November.

National Trust memberships automatic renewal

Any membership being paid by direct debit, regardless if it is monthly or annually, will automatically renew. Lots of customers opt for direct debit since they get a £15 gift card and they intend to renew yearly.

You will be contacted at the end of your membership with the chance to not renew your membership. 

How to cancel your National Trust membership

National Trust is dedicated to making the outdoors a safe and enjoyable place for their disabled visitors. All disabled visitors can bring up to two carers free of charge. However, the essential companion card can speed up the process and make it simpler.

Lost National Trust cards

You cannot access National Trust parks without a card so you will need to order a new one. This can be done via their online tool or by contacting the customer service team.

How to get a temporary card

Getting a membership card can take up to 28 days. That is why National Trust automatically emails you a temporary card via email when you order a replacement card.
