How do I use my First Choice discount code?

1. Click on one of our deals. A code will appear in the box if one is required to redeem the discount. First Choice often releases unique codes. In these cases, we will specify that a unique code will be assigned to you. 

2. Copy the code if it is not unique.

3. Open First Choice and book the package holiday or hotel of your choice. Continue to checkout.

4. Before being able to enter the code, you first must book any extras like seats, upgrades or insurance. 

5. Continue to passenger details and locate the discount code box. Enter your code and click ‘Apply’. If you were provided a unique code, it will be visible at the top of the page.

Four steps to save at First Choice

1. Book now or far in advance

Either embrace your inner Type A personality by planning your holiday far in advance for early bird discounts or be spontaneous by opting for a last minute holiday. 

By looking ahead to 2025 holidays, you can get the lowest price possible for your next trip. It also helps if you travel during off-peak times. We personally recommend May and September holidays–especially the latter. These months still have nice weather, less tourists and cheaper prices. What's not to love?

On the other hand, you can get over 50% off with First Choice last minute deals. Seven nights in Greece, Spain or Turkey are currently under £300 per person.

2. Don’t overlook the deals section

We calculated the average savings for a discount code at £100. The highest savings we have seen from a discount code in the past couple years is £250 off per booking at First Choice. Meanwhile, the promotions like the deals of the week offer up to £700 off per person. 

Look, we love voucher codes. We’re dedicated to bringing customers extra value through codes that can be applied on top of these existing discounts. Just don’t undervalue how important it is to find a good deal before applying one of our codes. 

What we love about First Choice is you can choose between helpful categories like seasonal deals (winter 2025/2026, summer 2025, etc.), destinations or types of holidays (last minute, all inclusive, etc.).

First Choice cancellation policy

Holidays can be cancelled or amended via Manage My Booking. Here is a video guide if you need more assistance.

Refunds

All package holidays cancelled more than 14 days before departure do qualify for a refund to some degree. Unfortunately, First Choice does not disclose how much that refund will be.

Given their cancellation process is exactly the same for First Choice as it is at TUI, we can assume the refund policy will be the same. If your holiday flight is operated by TUI, you can expect one of the following refunds: 

• 70 days or more before travel: Loss of full deposit
• 69 - 63 days before travel: 30% of total booking price
• 62 - 49 days before travel: 50% of total booking price
• 48 - 29 days before travel: 70% of total booking price
• 28 - 15 days before travel: 90% of total booking price
• 14 - 0 days before travel: 100% of total booking price

Just like at TUI, if your flight is not operated by TUI then the refund will be a case-by-case basis.

Payment options

Don't want to pay all at once? No problem, there are two ways to pay off your holiday: monthly payments via direct debit or PayPal Credit.

Personally, we recommend direct debit. Direct debit qualifies for the £0 deposit and your cost will be spread across a minimum of three payments. The holiday must be paid off 14 weeks before your holiday starts. 

PayPal credit is also interest-free for the first 4 months. However, we know less about this line of credit and ask you to research more here if you are interested.
