How do I use my Goldsmiths discount code?

1. Click on one of our deals. A code will appear in the box if one is required to redeem the discount. Make sure to copy the code.
2. Visit the Goldsmiths online store and shop as you normally would. 
3. Click on the shopping bag icon to begin your checkout process.
4. Under the summary and above the checkout securely button, you will find a ‘Got a promotional code?’ link. 
5. A box to enter your promotional code will appear after you click on this link.
6. Paste the code and apply to have your discount dedicated from the order total.

How much can I save with a Goldsmiths voucher code?

All promo codes range between 10% and 20% at Goldsmiths. As a general rule, the more items included in the discount will lower the percentage. Meanwhile, the more specific codes will feature higher savings.

How long does delivery take at Goldsmiths?

One day. Goldsmiths has express delivery 7 days a week for all orders that are currently in stock. Even better, it’s free. Just order before 9pm and you will unbox your jewellery or watch the next day.

Can I track my Goldsmiths order?

Shoppers must be really excited for their order to be asking about tracking an item that arrives within less than 24 hours. Don’t worry, Goldsmiths has you covered. A link to track your order will be provided via email once your order has been collected by the courier.

What is the Goldsmiths return policy?

Goldsmiths accepts returns on sale and pre-owned items within 14 days from when you received your order. All other items come with a 30-day return window. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process and you will be required to pay the postage to return your products.

Does Goldsmiths have a warranty?

Also known as the Goldsmiths jewellery promise, all orders come with a 12 months manufacturer's guarantee to cover workmanship flaws or manufacturing defects. You will also get lifetime access to the Goldsmiths Repair & Cleaning service. If you’re looking for more protection against accidental damage, malfunction (past 12 months) or theft, we recommend considering Goldsmiths Care.

How long does Goldsmiths Care last?

Get your jewellery insured for either 3 or 5 years via Goldsmiths Care. Let’s say you got a new Omega Seamaster for £6,000 and you want to insure it, it would cost £718 for 3 years and £1,008 for 5 years. That’s just over £239 per year for the 3-year policy and £201 if you opt for the longer, 5-year policy.

Does Goldsmiths do engraving?

Nearly 5,000 pieces of jewellery–almost all rings–are able to be engraved at Goldsmiths. To ensure you are actually happy with your order, you cannot customise it until you have received your order. It can then be taken to a Goldsmiths location, where it will be engraved within 10 working days.
