1. Join the loyalty program

Before you do anything else, sign up for the Schuh club. Doing so will allow you to collect points that can later be converted into vouchers. For every £1 you spend, you will earn 1 point. 100 points equals a £5 voucher, which means you get £5 off for every £100 spent at Schuh. That’s essentially 5% off for only making a free account. 

Additional benefits include exclusive offers, free returns and helpful information on upcoming sales. Make sure to download the Schuh loyalty card from your welcome email and add it to your wallet to easily collect points in-store. 

2. Sign up for their newsletter

By signing up to the Schuh newsletter, you will get double points on your first order. So the £100 you need to spend for a £5 voucher is now just £50. Unsubscribe at any time if the emails are no longer relevant to you.

3. Claim exclusive discounts if eligible

Students and NHS qualify for a 10% discount all year. Verify your eligibility via email to receive a unique code for one purchase directly to your inbox. This discount is boosted to 20% a handful of times per year, such as the beginning of university term. 

What we love about these discounts, in comparison to Schuh voucher codes and other retailers’ student discounts, is that they are also valid on sales items. Normally, such discounts only apply to full price items.

4. Refer a friend

Don’t qualify for exclusive discounts? No stress. In fact, you can save even more with 15% off for both you and your friend. Use the Schuh referral tool by providing your name and email address. A link will be provided to you that offers new customers 15% off. After they have purchased something, you’ll receive a discount for 15% off your next order.

5. Shop sales and ex-display for up to 70% off
