How long does Lacoste delivery take?

What courier does Lacoste use?

DPD. When your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. You can then see where your parcel is by using the number on the DPD website.

Yes. You can now use the Lacoste size guide to ensure you get the perfect fit. Here you can enter your gender, product category and type, which in return will show you the measurements you should take. 

Are Lacoste returns free?

You can now make a free return to Lacoste within 30 days of your purchase. Just log into your customer account and click ‘My online orders & returns’. You should then head to the ‘Register my return’ option, which will generate a free postage label. Take it to your local DPD and once processed, you can expect a refund within 7 to 10 working days.
