How do I use my Samsung discount code?

1. Click on one of our deals. A code will appear in the box if one is required to redeem the discount. Make sure to copy the code.
2. Visit the Samsung online store to shop for a new phone, TV, appliance or more. 
3. Samsung often directs users to the cart after selecting the item you want to purchase. In case they don’t, click on the shopping cart icon to checkout.
4. On the right side of your screen, above the summary, you will see a box to enter your voucher.
5. Paste the code and apply. Your discount will automatically come off your order total.

What savings can I expect with Samsung voucher codes?

Given the wide range of products available at Samsung, there are no sitewide codes. To better understand the extra discounts you can get with Samsung codes, we will break it down by category:

• Phones: 10% or £100 off. Less popular models like their Z Flip and Fold phones can go up to 20% off
• TVs: 10% is the average savings with discounts up to 20%
• Appliances: Also an average savings of 10% but up to 25% off when you bundle multiple appliances

How do I claim Samsung cashback?

Cashback promotions have been one of the best ways to save at Samsung in 2024. If you purchase an item eligible for cashback, you have 45 days to claim and upload proof of purchase.

Upload proof of purchase and once the team has reviewed your claim, you will receive an email confirming you qualify for cashback. It can take up to 45 days to receive the money on your account.

Is the Samsung upgrade programme still available?

Sadly, this programme ended on 17 January 2024. Existing members may still be offered one last chance to upgrade their phone after 12 months, but Samsung is not accepting any new customers.

How much does delivery cost at Samsung?

Samsung account members enjoy free delivery on all orders. Non members are now required to pay for delivery with prices starting from £5.99 for smartphones and smaller items. Large items like TVs over 43” and bigger appliances have a delivery fee of £20.

How do I return an item to Samsung?

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Periods can be extended during the holiday season or due to other promotions, but 14 days is the normal return period.

Smaller items

Phones, tablets, watches, smaller appliances and TVs under 43” are easy to return. Contact the Samsung customer service team to get a return label. Pack up your order, add the return label and drop off the package at the nearest DPD drop-off point.

The return costs will be deducted from your refund, meaning you pay to return your item.

Larger items

All other products, like big screen TVs and larger appliances need to be collected. Samsung will arrange for a courier service to pick up your order when you contact them. Collection charges are £50 unless you live in Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man–then it is £100.

What is the latest Samsung phone?

The S24 was the newest phone, but that changed on 10 July. Now it's the Galayz Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 models. You will have to wait until 2025 for the new Galaxy S25.

Can Samsung watches connect to the iPhone?

Yes, just like AirPods can connect to Galaxy phones, the Galaxy Watch can connect to both Android and iOS devices.

Is Samsung TV Plus free?

How long is the Samsung warranty?

All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty–aside from watch straps that are ensured for 6 months. Many products also have a 24-month warranty or longer so you would be best off to check the warrant policy.

You can also register for a 5-year warranty on appliances by completing an online form. That is three extra years of peace of mind at no cost for you.

Does Samsung offer financing?

Yes, Samsung has interest free financing. When our voucher experts added the S24 Ultra to their basket, they were presented with the chance to pay the £1,099 over 24 monthly installments of £45.80 with no interest.

For TVs and appliances, Samsung appears to use PayPal Credit. This form of financing is also interest-free if you make your payments on time.

Does Samsung have its own store?
