4 steps to save at Samsung

1. Start collecting rewards

By creating a rewards account, you can get even more savings on top of whatever voucher code you find on our website. Begin earning 1% on your spending with rewards points that can be applied to later purchases. Spend £3,000 or more to qualify for Rewards+ and get 5% back. 

2. Trade-in and recycling deals

Trade-ins

Make the most of your budget by trading in your old phone, tablet or smartwatch for up to £600 off your next order. Samsung not only accepts their devices, but also devices from other manufacturers. 

Use the trade-in tool to provide: the type of device, the manufacturer, model, storage and condition. After completing this information, you will be provided with the trade-in value that can be applied on your next purchase. 

Recycling

Not to be confused with paying to recycle your old item, Samsung now calls this the ‘trade up’ programme. Trade-ins always ignored larger items like TVs, soundbars, and appliances. The reality is that these items are often getting replaced, too. That is why Samsung offers up to £500 off when you trade up your old television, regardless of the brand and condition. 

All you have to do is select yes on the recycling option when checking out with your new TV, refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner or other qualifying products. You will then be asked to specify your old product similar to how we described in the previous trade-in process. 

A discount will be calculated and deducted from your order total. Make sure the item is uninstalled and ready for collection. Samsung will collect the old product when your new item is delivered.

3. Check your eligibility for exclusive discounts

The following groups qualify for exclusive deals at Samsung:

• Students
• Youth: Anyone aged 16 - 26 years old
• Key workers: Healthcare & NHS, military members, policy & fire service and care & social workers
• Teachers

Discounts do depend on which category you belong to and what item you are interested in purchasing. As a general rule, the highest discounts tend to be up to 25% or 30% off. 4. Apply one of our weekly codes or deals

Saving at Samsung couldn’t be easier. Aside from their core offers, which we have all mentioned aside from 5% off first app orders over £500, promotions update weekly on Monday. That means if you have read our FAQ on expected savings with a Samsung code and you aren’t happy with the current deals, you only have to wait 1 - 6 days for new opportunities. 

Don’t just look at the beginning of the week, though. Samsung likes to drop limited time codes for the weekend–especially for TVs.

Interest-free financing

For TVs and appliances, Samsung appears to use PayPal Credit. This form of financing is also interest-free if you make your payments on time.

Helpful information

How to return at Samsung

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Periods can be extended during the holiday season or due to other promotions, but 14 days is the normal return period.

Smaller items

Phones, tablets, watches, smaller appliances and TVs under 43” are easy to return. Contact the Samsung customer service team to get a return label. Pack up your order, add the return label and drop off the package at the nearest DPD drop-off point.

The return costs will be deducted from your refund, meaning you pay to return your item.

Larger items

All other products, like big screen TVs and larger appliances need to be collected. Samsung will arrange for a courier service to pick up your order when you contact them. Collection charges are £50 unless you live in Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man–then it is £100.
