Where do I enter my Moonpig promo code?

1. Look through our list of discount codes and offers available and click on one you’d like to use.
2. If there’s a code attached, it will appear on your screen in a pop-up box. Copy the code.
3. We’ll redirect you to the Moonpig website where you can purchase gifts and cards.
4. When you’re ready you can make your way to checkout. You may need to fill out any personalisation information required for the cards.
5. At checkout, paste your code into the box provided and click apply. 

Can I get 20% off my order at Moonpig?

More often than not, yes. There are several ways you can get 20% off your order:

• Students get 20% off every order, all year round,
• Use a 20% off discount code - they’re quite common!
• Set three reminders on your phone and get a one-off code for 20% off your order.

Why is my Moonpig promo code not working?

There can be several reasons why your discount code isn’t working, including a misspelt code, not meeting specific terms and conditions, like a minimum spend, or even technical issues. Check out our troubleshooting page for more help.

Does Moonpig have a Blue Light Card discount?

No, there’s no specific discount for Blue Light Cardholders at the moment. However, Moonpig always has a wide range of promo codes for new and existing customers, so you’re likely to find some way to save on your order. Take a look through our offers for more details. 

Is there a student discount at Moonpig?

Yes, Moonpig partners with Student Beans to bring you 20% off all orders. To claim the discount, you’ll need to sign up to Student Beans with a university email address and verify your student status. They will then provide you with a unique discount code that you can use at checkout.

Can I get free delivery on my order at Moonpig?

Unlike a lot of other retailers, Moonpig doesn’t offer free delivery when you hit a minimum spend. Instead, delivery starts from 70p per order. From time to time, you will find a free delivery code to use at checkout.
